My goal today is going to be a heavy workout day. I'm going to try to get my puffy on. So far, I went for a 5 mile run/walk. After I returned home I weighted myself again and I had loss more than 4 pounds of water since the weight I posted this morning. I always use my morning weight to be consistent. It's not unusual for me to lose weight after a run but I thought I would mention it today. I re-hydrated and ate some food to get my weight and fuel back up. Resistance training is up next...

my fitbit wouldn't sync for 5 days! Even bought a new dongle, installed the app on my two tablets... wouldn't sync on any of them! So ran to the site again today to see if they thought my bluetooth might have broken... and whaddaya know? IT SYNC'D! rofl

I have problems with my Fitbit from time to time. Usually, it's my fault. I recently (Father's Day) upgraded to the HR2. The Fitbit web site has some good infomation about syncing. When I can't figure things out I call Fitbit support. They were very patient and walked me through the steps to resolve my problems. They replaced an earlier version I had purchased...

I hear you Ches!!! I'm trying to stick with consistency. The biggest change for today is resistance training of the larger muscle groups until fatigued and of course ab work...
