Not going to get frustrated. Even though I'm up slightly, it was worse during the week, but those weren't weigh in days. I can feel that I'm back on track, and it's easier to stay honest without people pulling me a thousand different ways, especially to restaurants. Started cooking for lunches again, that makes a tremendous difference. Going to be super busy the next three weeks, weekends included, so must keep focus on me. Easier said than done. But, I did get up early and start moving immediately this morning and working on the house and the yard.
