I took about a month off from counting calories and dieting. I paid the price by increasing my weight and basically how I feel overall. So here I go - I need to break this 180 barrier. It seems every time I get to this point I get stuck here. I hold it for a few months and then I end up slowly gaining again.

Jim, it's time to dig deep! I know the feeling, that's why I use this tool to help me calorie count and get well balanced daily workout. always good to be around people who are like minded or you could fall off big time
