I have noticed a pattern in my daily weight fluctuations in a week. Today is typical. I'm down to my lowest weight of the week. Mondays have been consumed with undoing weight gained over the weekend. On a side note, I think I'm starting to regain some muscle and loose some body fat. Have a good weekend everyone...
