Another of the no-reason weight spikes. Have been very tired but not less active, so may wonder if the aortic stenosis has developed more. Oh well...not changing my WOE today! Turned my huge excess of sourdough starters into one big bowl of that, added eggs, baking soda and powder, olive oil, honey, salt and made three loaves of multigrain just with adding unbleached APF. Filled the three bread pans and had some left so threw in chopped walnuts and dates, got 12 mini muffin-shaped things and two 5" pie pan shaped 'bread' things. It was either do this experiment or throw out a LOT of good local milled flour based starter. This would sustain life for quite some time! I, however, will be eating very little of it! The bread I listed for breakfast is my way of logging the homemade bread-thing. I don't eat store bread anymore.
