FBS 93, had dinner much later last night than usual due to being busy with grocery shopping and movie out of town. Glad my weight seems to be back on track. Making a list of the steps I've taken: MOE, supplements since January 7 when I began the self-directed program. This in prep for medical visit on Tuesday.

The 2-hr PP BS was 142; that shows the effect of eating an entire navel orange can do. Lesson learned--save half for later, limit the little suckers.

Went over calories tonight. Guess this will be my 'eat whatever' day this week ending tomorrow.

You are doing great! Late dinners can interfere with sleep…did you sleep ok?

Slept fairly well and that's better than I had for years ;-). Was vert fatigued from more activity than usual so fell asleep a lot sooner than some nights. The sleep quality is also slowly improving as my metabolism regains a bit of normality.

That’s wonderful!!’ Yes, exercise matters for sleep more than what time you eat dinner, does. Good job. You’re doing well.
