Back to the Gym today after 2 lazy days off. I went by myself cause Hubby was in a grumpy mood & decided to stay home, even though he was all packed & ready to go. I got a decent workout, except I ended up skipping the Pectoral fly & Rear Deltoid machine. It was busy on the floor & it was getting late. I needed to stop for some groceries on the way home. I'll get it done on Wednesday.

I bought a new planter @ Walmart to replace one I have that's cracked at the top. It has a Clematis planted in it that has started to leaf out quite a bit. Hopefully, I can transplant it without damaging the new growth. Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny & fairly warm, so I'm planning to get some work done outside. I didn't work outside yesterday cause it was cool with the wind blowing. I could have, but wasn't in the mood.

Kept the calories down today....just over 1700. Didn't do bad yesterday either.

Love that you always make your fitness a priority no matter what’s going on and even if you take a little break from the gym. Just call it a rest weekend!

Thanks, Mami ❤️ The weekend is usually 2 days off from the Gym, but I had thought I'd get some work done outside. I do try to stay pretty focused on my planned workout days & don't skip those. Some warm, sunny weather yesterday got me outside 😊
