Hello! Been out of the mix for a minute. Took the 2 Borzoi pups to the Fresno dog show and they did very well over all 3 days. Me? Ever loving exhausted as we had broken deep water lines from the well and it put me almost a day behind and sleep just wasn't on the menu.
That said, I doubled up on my B complex both morning and night and surprisingly had zero hunger even though I ate very little and mostly my own food that I brought with me.
My reading has indicated most folks are B deficient as the traditional western diet is low in unprocessed whole grains.
My weigh in this morning was quite the surprise with a significant loss over 3 days.
Again, gets me thinking...
We are experiencing extreme weather so I'm headed outside to do whatever can be done with 30 mph wind gusts and super saturated ground. Ugh. wish me luck.

what grain has vitamin B???? I do know fish, pork, eggs, chicken have B and cereals that have added vitamins. I hope you get all your work done before the bad weather comes in.

JenJ, I like to use research papers and established institutes for information. I like the Linus Pauling institute at Oregon State University and Mayo Clinic is solid for nutritional breakdown of food sources. Many b vitamins are most bio-available from meat such as B 12, but a mixed diet seems to provide the best availability for others like B6. A, D, E and K are fat soluble.vitamins and the rest are water soluble thus they are not stored in the body and can be easily depleted in times of stress or by dietary choices. Nutrition density of the calories we consume deserves far more attention than we tend to give it and our health is a pretty accurate barometer. In times of stress I stand hard on my B and C to avoid crashing.
