First day of Transition meal plan. Will follow 10-14 days, then decide whether to buy the additional program. Mood is subtly better, didn't think there was anything wrong with it before. Or maybe more sunlight is part of it. MRIs scheduled, continuing PT, awaiting neurosurgeon re-consult in April. Meanwhile, Trulicity is in shortage-state and I've been off for two weeks. Pharmacy was told not available till end of month and pharmacist told me the last time they said that, the supplier even delayed it more. No change in FBS except its a little lower! Have lost six inches since I measured around January 2 for the Svelet site I was initially going to follow. I'm not hungry at all; sometimes a little glimmer of something "sounding good" crosses my mind but tha's far as it goes. Made dinner for a couple friends yesterday and the crackling on the pork roast looked and smelled so good that I ate a piece about 1 x 0.5 inches. That was just enough.
