Holding, apparently, which is fine. I swear, yesterday, my walk was the only real movement I experienced all day. On calls all day. Hate days like that, although today feels like it’s going to be about the same. Blob is holding down, everything else is also about the same. Puppy class tonight, will try and do something before or after.

I need to see if i can listen to a call and do a 10 minute workout at the same time. Been saying that for years, and other than pacing, I’ve never really been able to stick with it because I have to listen and respond most of the time and I’m not that good at multitasking.
