I know this is partially due to salt/ water retention, cause my rings were snug on my fingers when I took them off at the Gym.

That being said, I decided I need to set some short-term goals. I've been rationalizing my not getting down to goal & not really working too hard to get there.

1- Stay as close to 1700 calories a day (or less) as I can
2-Three Gym workouts a week
3- Stop having multiple item desserts. Decide on one & stick with
it. Try to keep dessert calories lower
til I hit goal.
4- More protein & veggies

We did get to the Gym today. I get to count it as my 3rd workout for this past week (1/15 thru 1/21) as long as I get 3 workouts in this week. I don't usually go to the Gym on the weekend, except when I'm unable to go on my regular days during the week.
