Still holding on to fluids. All good. Eating more fish at dinner tonight. Not complaining. Work is about to get insane again. I seem to have little sun blisters on my hands and face from our hike yesterday. I’ve never understood why I seem to get them more often after sun exposure in the winter rather than in the summer, but here we are. Itchy, itchy, makes me b*tchy. Other than that, life is good. Puppy class tonight so will try and row 40 minutes before we head out the door or when I get home.

Sun blisters in winter? 🤔 If you‘ve always gone with your dogs, could it be a plant that only grows in winter that transfers from them to you via petting? Just a thought.

It’s the tiny, clear blisters on my hands and face. It’s like contact dermatitis, but a little different. Same remedy though. Benadryl and cool cloths with lots of moisturizer.

My rosacea is insane right now! Know what's worse than a fat face? ... A fat, RED face. 😭😆 Winter gets me.

Right? My face is reddish and swollen, I’m trying to not tear up my skin with my nails, and I’m eating Benadryl every 4 hours. Delightful stuff. It is better this morning, but I have to stay on it. Long sleeves next time. And a hat.

DP, have you ever tried Boudreaux’s Butt Paste w/your rosacea? Two reasons for the specific brand. First, it goes on clear, second, it has more zinc than regular zinc ointments. Great at night for moisture.

Storms, the answer is sometimes. I have eczema and some other stuff, but something about the winter sun makes it very reactive. I always wear sunscreen on my face, but it just happens. Could be exacerbated by stress. I just know not to scratch no matter what.
