Not too bad of a gain considering that I consumed and drank whatever I wanted from Thursday until Sunday last week!
I've been trying to eat intuitively: eat when hungry, stop when full. Nothing is off limits provided you are truly hungry--no eating for purely emotional reasons. So far so good except for Thanksgiving of course. I don't imagine I'll lose weight, but I'm hoping I can just hang out at my current weight and not need to track again.
