I did actually swim yesterday and it was pretty good. 885 strokes, 117 average heart rate, 10.6 METs. Need to work harder, i guess. So that’s awesome. Take a month off, do other things, get better. Decide to notch up the current and kick my own butt later today. It’s sunny and currently 79, so it’s a perfect day for it.

Blob is down, muscle and water are way up, life is good. Working another 34 minutes, then done for the week, mostly. Photos seem to be really messed up today, so we’ll see how bad this one is. Not working at all now, guessing that iPad update broke things and no longer allows me to pick a smaller size for the image. Oh well. Will check back on that later. Here’s a durpy pic as a test case.
