Puppy class last night so I walked/ran treadmill and did a rowing workout beforehand. Trying to figure out if the rowing app is double-counting my rower stats. I need both because the watch doesn’t count strokes or power. This was an issue a while back and seems to have reappeared with a recent update. No worries at the moment, but would be good to know.

Blob surges back from previous low, water and muscle are holding their own. Busy day at work, enjoy the day.
