Muscle up, blob down again (new low), even after some seriously gorgeous Italian seafood last night. No pics because i decided to live in the moment and enjoy the company of the people i was with.

Summer is settling in nicely this morning, peeping her face out around the corner every so often and not really backing down to the giant imposing mass that is Chance. Whatever spooked her into submission came from above as she is terribly skittish with anything coming from up above her. Where she’s doing really well is when i take her on walks. She seems to forget that she’s been traumatized and just trots along with the others and sniffs and does dog stuff. Haven’t gotten her to eat a full meal yet, but it will happen.

Swam yesterday, only a couple of short walks. Going to swim again and then immerse myself in a bunch of stuff i put off on Friday. Never ends lately. Swim was 882 strokes, 10.8 METs, no conclusive heart rate data due to watch fail. It was 144 at the ended, so was working in cardio zone 3 most likely.

Dinner last night was fabulous. There’s regular Italian food and then there’s the elevated Italian food and that’s where we were. Ignites my love of flavors and cooking. With seafood, it’s not as much of a calorie bomb than straight up meat, cheese and pasta. I’ll stop now, getting hungry. Time for lunch!
