Hello FS, Happy Tuesday 😊. Got back last night after a wonderful time away. I was looking though my phone and realised I had only taken a few pics. I was in the moment for so much of it, I just didn’t reach for my phone. Nothing better than sun, sand, good food and wonderful people to lift you up in every way. Back to work today and the daily grind. Was definitely the plumpest person among my immediate family and friends🤣. Strange that I’ve lost more weight but I always seem to when I’m relaxed and zen. Going to try and keep the momentum going if I can until the end of the year. Would be wonderful to get back under 55kg before 2024.
