Feeling much better & my appetite has returned. Not unexpectedly, my weight is getting closer to the normal range.

I'm not back to the Gym yet. I tested negative today, but I still have some chest congestion. I don't want to push too hard, too fast. I have been doing some stuff around the house. Yesterday, I cleaned the white Adirondack chairs, watered the side gardens & swept the back deck. I've been catching up on laundry.

I spent a good part of today reading the book for Book Club. I just got my hands on it Saturday & it's longer than I realized. Book Club is Wed. night. I have made my way about half way thru.

Heading up to bed & I'll read some more before sleep 📚😴 💤
