Didn't manage to lose a pound during the week, which is my goal. But I was afraid of about a 2 pound gain. My lesson is I need to stick to plan 100% which is difficult. This week will be tough - I am going to meet a friend at Red Robin for lunch on Thursday. First time there since Covid. It's one of my favorite places to eat. Planning on just one meal for the day and will TRY to skip the Coke

Thanks Morticia - if there is one near you, you might want to check it out! Lots of burger choices but also salads and other sandwiches. They use to have endless fries, not sure if they still do that. Loved the idea but never was hungry enough after eating the meal.

Thanks Neicy - too bad your RR closed down! There isn't one near me, which is probably a good thing. I am meeting a former neighbor for lunch and it's about an hour and a half away.

We eat there occasionally. I do the salad instead of fries and lettuce wrapped burger. Not very exciting but it works...indulge if you want, just adjust before and after. Have fun!💜👍

Thanks Diana,I always get the fries but usually don't eat very many. I also will get the burger wrapped in lettuce although it's so messy, requiring you to eat the burger with a fork and knife. RR is very good about breaking calories down for you. I think getting rid of the bun for the burger saves around 300 calories. Still, it will be all I eat on Thursday!

Thanks YOH,the banzai burger has teriyaki sauce and a pineapple ring. It was always my favorite until I discovered the whiskey river barbecue burger which has barbecue sauce and onion straws
