Early morning call and i jumped on scale anyways, so this is probably a little higher than it actually is. Busy morning, but i logged it. Puppy class last night, no walk, lots of sitting all darn day. Not my favorite.

Will try and get a quick walk in this morning and a long one tonight to get back into the groove of things.
