I should take my weight more seriously instead of just using this app to post my daily food - I purposely haven’t give it access to my saved pictures thinking recording daily directly would force me to eat healthy - it didn’t .. I seriously need to stop this , I’ve normalized my new weight so easily cause I surrounded myself with heavier people so somehow feel eating a bit more here and there “is” normal .. well is NOT: you work in an office sitting most of the day do you think you still “need” breakfast lunch and dinner 🙄 need to cut off one of those - at least attempt to skip breakfast and sleep longer ; also you don’t do exercise .. yeah you got the good intentions whatsoever and try to move whenever you can but remember the days your metabolism was better and you did excercise and on top of that you eat less than now? - mentally I’m not there yet but can you try approaching please? Not asking more just give me 55kg by end of month, just that one little kilo at a time .. please 😞
