Days have been pretty routine. Gym Friday & again today. Friday, we sat in the hot tub after our workout. Today, I was feeling it in my back between the shoulder blades after I got home, so I got the heating pad out again.

I averaged 1783 calories a day last week. I tried to keep them a little lower in hopes of getting back to 135 lbs. Almost there this morning 😊 I did eat around 2000 calories today. I always have a snack in the locker room midworkout that is around 200 calories. I'm sure I burned the extra calories at the Gym, so should be OK tomorrow.

It was a quiet weekend. I went to the library & Wal-Mart Saturday. The rest of the time, I spent reading a lot. Did some laundry & puttered in the gardens a little. I watched the last episode of Ginny & Georgia last week on Netflix & haven't searched for a new series yet. The weather has been pleasant, so I've been sitting outside to finish my coffee or read some.

Well, need to get up to bed. 🛌📚😴
