😔 I am nearly back at my starting weight. I’ve known that I’ve been spiralling for some time, but I’ve not been able to stop. So in the interest of self accountability, I’m going to do the following today:
- try to stay under 2000 calories
- some form of activity for 30 minutes
- 2 litres of water
- be kind to myself if I don’t hit all three goals.
- log progress daily on FS

I can’t fix my life. There’s too much that is out of my hands right now. But I can stop abusing my body with food.

I know it's a cliche, but you can't control everything, but you can control how you respond to it. I learnt that the hard way and still lose the plot now and again 😀 I will do my list week after next. Doing damage limitations until then.

Just try your best! There are many people can't still in perfectly, but you just do your best. Getting thinner cannot succeed right away, maybe you can find out where is going on, makes some changes. I have saw some posts about you just now, I thought is the food you eat not very healthy for body. You should try to regulate every nutrition, reduce sweets, sleep more, also cut down on calories, maybe a day 2000is too much. Sorry for bad text and poor grammer, hope you loose weight easier, and have a nice day.😁
