Sunday morning, sitting outside enjoying the birds and the fountain. No walk, no swim yesterday, spent the day clearing and cleaning because it’s the first time I’ve really been completely alone in awhile and things just really needed to get done. That’s not a bad thing, it just is. Wore “barefoot” shoes all day. Feet were sore at first, then got really happy which is great because i really never sat down. Need to remember to do that. I’m just going for a mix of all things, not tossing out my tennies or my heels.

Blob up, muscle down a tad, water is okay.

Got up earlier, want to get more done. Gorgeous and not hot. Time to move.
