Some odd numbers, but figure it’ll balance out over time. Long walk last night, seem to have pulled a hammy, still sore this morning. Blob way down, water way up (hello sodium!) lean mass also up. Oddly enough, my abdomen feels pretty normal and isn’t bloated because I’m wearing jean shorts that forgive no one at the moment.

Planning on a shorter walk in the heat and be careful to let things settle down. Will try and get a couple swims in before Monday. Have some more yard work to do this weekend. Will be getting up early to do that stuff done.

This week has been crazy at work, hoping next week is more calm. Going to take some time off soon. need a break. I’ll do some pics this weekend, too busy today. It’s only taken me an hour to finish this little bit.
