Surprisingly, I keep going down bit by bit in spite of eating 2000 or more calories most days. Today was only a bit under. 1900. My metabolism must be working overtime. I'm not overeating.
Worked around the house today....dusted, did a load of laundry, watered the inside plants, windexed the front storm door, cleaned 2 Adirondack chairs on the back deck, wiped down rails on the back deck, watered some outdoor plants, staked up my one blooming gladiolus, cut back the Asian Lilly stalks (that were covered with deer bitten leaves) & sprayed deer repellant. One thing seemed to lead to another once I got started.
