Wide weight range this week. About 10 days ago, I was bitten by something but wasn‘t sure what it was. Thought it might be a hobo spider bite like the last 2 summers but I couldn‘t see the telltale spider bite and it was swelling. By DAY 3 however, it started to swell and yep, it was another hobo bite but I probably didn‘t get the usual dose of venom which delayed the onset of symptoms. I‘m fine now after taking care of it.

This morning I‘m 151.8 lbs after bumping to 156.2 last Friday. I suspect that my body‘s retention of fluids & other waste matter may have been the result of it storing energy reserves to fight off a possible infection. By Saturday, the would started to heal and my body whooshed back down. These notes are anecdotal, of course, but the timing of the gain & drop seems more than a coincidence.
