Yesterday in order to avoid buying duplicate clothes - I started trying on my old clothes .. and 3 pants DON’T FIT ANYMORE 😭😭😭 .. how did it happened? I thought I was making progress but that was a wake up call , looks like what I did instead is normalize it based on the people surrounding me (hb gain weight and I was saying to myself I am bad but not “as bad” - but that behavior is toxic , need to improve MYSELF and not base my comparison on others) - I’ll get there, patience and motivation and mood up 👏👏👏
