Keeping it short this morning as it's finally sunny and I feel like I've been trapped inside for an eternity even though I think it's only been since last Sunday. We have been walking nightly, but the speed is slow as Sadie slows. We're doing close to 3 miles though, so I can't complain.

I have a work trip coming up and I've got to get my thoughts together about packing, dogs, etc. I knew this was going to come back into my life, it's just been ages and the last trip was a complete cluster.

Going to try and find a bin of donations and a box full of books for our neighbor's free little library. I need space in my space. Spring is here. the world coming back to life. all that good stuff.

Goal today besides donating stuff is to sneak in both a row and a swim. swim first. always. I managed to snag a couple of suits from costco while they were in store and they are all super cute and functional in the pool. not always easy to find these days. even speedo thinks showing your cakes are a thing. they're only marketing to what people want though, can't fault them for that.

numbers below reflect a week of too much sitting in front of the screen. with that, we're done for now.
