Well I wasn't going to weigh in but I couldn't resist. I wanted to see that there was some progress & I'm not dissapointed. I have been sticking in my calorie range and going to the gym a couple times a week. Focusing mostly on cardio right now. I know the value of strength training but I'm really pushing to increase my stamina. Lots of heart disease in my family, so I'm motivated to reduce my chances of ending up with those problems. I work in acute rehab so every day I'm caring for people who had massive strokes, End stage heart failure, brain injuries. Some of these people are in their 30s, 40s. Not old people! Every day is a humbling reminder to be grateful for what I've got. Here's to another week FS family. Remember your 'why!'

What a great post. Healthy is where it's at. I'm finding exercise is a lot more fun in my 60s than in my 20s. I am also thankful for the opportunity so many people my age do not have.

Good for you!💜 I have heart issues and have a pacemaker. Weightlifting has been a game changer for me! I lost over 50 lbs and feel 110% better! This post is a great reminder that eating and living healthy is a life saver!💜

Great. I have a Pacemaker and also Arrythmia, I am on Sitrom to thin my blood and am finding it all difficult. You have inspired me to keep going x
