Slight bump but still under 135

Therapy today ▪︎ A variety of exercises & electrical stimulation with heat. I got up during the night & took some Ibuprofin. The pain was not intense but still bothersome enough, every time I woke up I felt it. That helped. Rae asked if I was still seeing the orthopedist. I told her he had said to continue with the therapy & if I got worse or didn't see improvement, the next step might be to do an MRI. She suggested I call him & discuss it. She says I'm too young not to have full range of my arms without pain. I'm not excited about doing an MRI.

I went to the library & picked up vitamins @ Walmart afterwards.

At home, I didn't feel like doing a lot....didn't feel bad, just unmotivated. So, I worked on my puzzle, read a magazine (found some good recipes I might try 😊), made myself lunch & watched Pretty Little Liars. By then, it was time to feed the dogs & make dinner.
