As expected...up just a little. I didn't sleep well last night. Woke up around 4 AM & tossed & turned for awhile. That's what I get for drinking coffee so late. That & the combination of food & drink had my tummy a little off. Burping 🙄

I wasn't feeling too energetic when I got up, but went to the Gym anyway. I had a decent workout, but felt a bit light-headed a few times. I don't think my body appreciated being pushed.

I'm feeling OK now. Hubby's cold still hasn't gone away. He skipped the Gym again today...said he had no energy. He did a Covid test Saturday & it was negative.

Off to bed. I'm betting I'll sleep better tonight.
