Very late logging today, but just finished up with work. I tried swimming yesterday, but the combination of breathing and floating really exacerbated my back and I had to stop. I could swim for a good bit, but then the pressure of the air in my lungs was causing muscle spasms and pain and so I gave up after twenty minutes. Even after I got out I had to let go of a huge belch to deflate. I can't always be Miss Manners, I guess. Was chastised by BF about being the smartest most stubborn idiot he knows. Gee, thanks. I love him anyways. Ended up walking a little with the dogs, but it rained that evening.
Blob down, muscle up, water is better, but I still hate drinking it when I'm cold. It's cold and windy tonight, so will cheat the dogs with a short walk and row instead. It's crazy how I can do some things with no pain and then the wrong one will make me squeak.
almost 7:30 and I'm just beginning to think about dinner. saw a cute little pinterest like thing where they smashed baby potatoes in a citrus press. might try that in a few minutes. gonna have to figure out an easy protein.
anyways, onwards!
