🤔 Reminding myself this is just a flucation. I ate just under 1400 calories over my 1700 daily goal last week. That 1700 is really a guideline. I've been eating over that for weeks. I know I was retaining some water cause my ring on my right hand wouldn't come off easily at the Gym. Diana, if you read this, I get how it's hard to ignore the scale, even if you know in your head you're not noticeably any larger.

I follow a few fitness blogs on Instagram. Most of them advocate eating more if you're working out & not actively trying to lose weight. Of course, they also recommend making healthy choices with those calories with a few treats thrown in. That's how I try to eat, anyway.
