Physical Therapy today. Therapist had me do one exercise on the machine to loosen up my arms. Then instead of exercises she massaged & manipulated both of my arms/ shoulders. She did some dry needling & ended with heat on my shoulders. I was a little sore this afternoon, but I think it's feeling a bit better. I'll see how I sleep tonight.
Meanwhile, my glutes & upper thighs are sore from working out yesterday. Not awful but tender. I put the heating pad up under my hips while we watched TV tonight.
Book Club tomorrow night. I'm taking hummus, pimento cheese & crackers. I think I'll add some grapes to the plate. I also bought some Turtle brownies....a dozen little squares 😁
Gonna get up to bed. We need to get out of the house just a bit earlier to go to the Gym & get back home by the time I'd like.
