😲 Earlier weigh in & I know some of this is due to sodium. I used a ham hock for seasoning in the blackeyed peas. I should have cut it in half cause I only cooked a smaller portion of the peas.
I heated my leftover Braised Short Rib & polenta for dinner tonight to share with Hubby & finished off the blackeyed peas. I added tomatoes & spinach to them for some veggies.
I had a session with Sammie today at the Gym. We talked about my shoulder pain issues. She had planned an upper body workout that we did. She said I appeared to be tight in one of my shoulders at one point, so "pressed" into each shoulder as I moved my head around to help. It did seem to help. I was able to do all the exercises & don't seem to be in pain. My worst pain is when I'm in bed at night though, so I'll see how it is overnight.
The Gym was crowded again today. Hope it's just a little less crowded on Wed. afternoon when most people are back to work. I guess I can expect to see a few more people that are trying to get in shape after the holidays. Since we go in the afternoon it's usually retirees or people that don't work or work unconventional hours.
