Gonna try to turn this bus around. Although my posted goal weight is 144, my top weight I'd like to be is 140. I'm 1 lb. over.
Got back to logging today & I came in under 1700 calories. No lunch today...only a fiber bar as we drove to the airport to drop off the girls. I cooked breakfast for dinner after we got home.
Heading up to bed now. Hubby took one of the dogs for her annual Vet checkup @ 8 this morning. The Yorkie decided he wanted his breakfast & woke me up before I was ready. Hubby drove up as we were out for a pee. If he could have waited 15 more minutes! Anyway, I'm tired so planning a good night's sleep.
