Spent the day decorating some more. I considered not putting my 2 alpine trees in the living room where I usually do. It would have saved me several hours. In the end I decided I wanted them out. I missed seeing them in the corner by the window a couple of nights ago. I put the ornaments on them that I've collected over the years....vacations, handmade by my kids & granddaughter, some from family members that are gone, gifts from family & friends....I knew I'd miss them if I didn't unpack them. I had to replace one string of lights. Luckily it went out before I started putting the ornaments on...and I had extra on hand.

I cleaned up some boxes I had stacked in the dining room. I should say moved them all into the sunroom. My daughter told me if I needed help storing them when she gets here, she would help me. I decorated a long table on the dining room wall, put out a couple more pieces in the living room & packed up the extra Placemats & napkins. Now I just need to clean the guestrooms & sprinkle a little Christmas in them 😊🎄🌟

Sunday was nice so I did the outdoor decorations....a lighted garland on the back deck rail (I like seeing it on gloomy days & at night thru the kitchen window) & the front porch. It started to sprinkle as I was finishing the front porch. I never got the wreaths hung at the top of the drive cause it rained Monday & off & on today. I may have to bite the bullet & hang them between showers.

I've been bummed. I'm suffering pain in my shoulders & sometimes down my arms. I think it's my rotator cuffs 😒 I have had to stop working out my upper body til I figure out what's going on. I've been doing the Treadmill & bike, my mat exercises & lower body on the weight machines. I messaged my family doctor for advice. He has referred me to the Sports Medicine Clinic to make an appointment. I've been taking Ibuprofen a couple of times a day...before bed to help me sleep (when the pain is the worst) & late morning.

Well, need to turn off all the Christmas lights & get up to bed.
