Recording what I weighed this morning. Out of curiosity I weighed after coming home from the Gym & was at 138.4 @ around 4:30 PM. We'll see where I am tomorrow.

The Gym closed early today @ 4PM. I got in a decent workout but only did 15 min. on the bike after 35 on the Treadmill, pilates & Stretches then worked lower body on the Weight machines.

I think you may be doing calisthenics, or general floor exercises. Pilates is a class with a certified instructor (both mat and Reformer), much the same as a yoga class. If your gym offers classes, I would definitely go.
