Happy Weekend. wow, what a week. Went to bed early last night, slept all the way through until almost 8 this morning. Sciatic is flared, but it will be fine. Going to hang upside down in a bit to see if that helps. It's chilly this morning, so good for getting stuff done. I did figure out that I have a ton of clothes to donate. I'm just not interested in them anymore. had to go through things when I was packing and it was a great way to filter through quickly as I was just trying to find things that worked.

The new network in the house is amazing. all the smart speakers are in sync again and I have soundtracks playing in the background which makes my life seem much more exciting than it actually is. whatever it takes, right? everything is great except the theme from Friday the 13th.

I'm up a little this morning, no doubt from rehydration and eating actual food. Trying to type with Chance making his way into my lap. Apparently he was a nightmare at the dog sitter's so will need to find something else. mom stayed with the girls and did fine. he's just got way too much energy for her. and have I mentioned he's even bigger? I really need to find out how big his parents were. no idea if the rescue will share or not.

need to get moving, slept late, so losing hours in my day the longer I sit. snapped this over Point Loma while we were approaching from the west.

What do you mean you're going to hang upside down to deal with the sciatica? Like laying on the bed with your head on the floor or something? Maybe next time you need someone to watch the dogs a house/pet sitter would work better if you know someone you don't mind staying at your house. All my pets really seem to enjoy it, no cats hiding, etc. Bobby loves everyone and is usually pretty calm. Lucky you to sleep all through the night!

I hope your sciatica gets better. 💜 I know exactly what you mean about leaving dog with sitters etc. Sydney doesn't like people..only my mom and us. It's almost impossible to get someone to watch her. Luckily when we travel we have our RV or it wouldn't work. We took her to doggie daycare once to try it out. They told us we could leave her for 4 hours but after an hour they called us to come get her...I guess her anxiety was off the charts..I hope you have better luck!💜💜💜

Hope your sciatica issue improves Kat💜 Spent the first 3 months of my retirement with my first flare-up and could hardly walk. The piri-formis stretch solved the problem for me. Just curious but should we call you Batsolo while you‘re hanging upside down? 🦇☺️
