I felt so much better this morning. Side effects from Pneumonia vaccine gone...energy back. Just in time to get to the Gym 😁🏋

Worked legs today & I made it thru all the machines successfully. I started with the Seated Leg Press & made it thru 3 sets @ 85 lbs. I also did the other Leg press & upped my weight to 100 lbs. I realize this is nothing compared to some of you more experienced lifters, but we all have to start somewhere 😊 I also upped my weight on the Low Back Press.

We finally got some rain today & it didn't get out of the 60's. Definitely feeling like Fall.

Need to get up to bed. I'm working on my 2nd mystery book in the past week. It's funny how fast I can make it thru a book that I'm really intrigued with & enjoying. I kept dozing off last night but tried to read a bit more when I woke up each time. Maybe tonight I can read a couple of chapters before I get too sleepy. 😴
