Looks like pics are working this morning. Had a great late night swim last night followed by later dinner. I do know this one was a PR, 924 strokes is a new number, average heart rate was 155, and 25 minutes in zone? awesome for me. that's what I want. and the watch says heart rate dropped 33 bpm within two minutes, which is good. I was thinking, I could adapt the pool to HIIT with stops and starts, but I need to research whether that's horrible for the motor. Am I doing to ask the dealer? Nope, gonna ask the repair dude because he shared some of the stupid things people do and I don't want to be one of his stories. or I could just row harder and keep it out of the pool. probably easier. maybe I'll grab a quick rowing session this morning and swim tonight since it's supposed to be hot again.

Crying less these days, knew it would take time. Getting there. So, taking three steps back, I'm doing okay. I'm moving again, still need to push harder, but self awareness is a huge part of things. lol, I just deleted a bunch of stuff and you'll just need to guess what it said because I don't remember enough to retype it. let me know when you figure it out.

looking back at diet calendar, my calories crept up almost 200 per day the past couple of months. that needs to stop. got rid of a good chunk of the prefab food, just working my way through the freezer. I think I'm going to increase my daily activity goal by 20 calories, it's been sitting in place for awhile. I've got to fix the late dinner thing. I guess I'll try and eat before we walk rather than after everything is done at the end of the day. that will let me fall asleep earlier too.

for yfritz, this is what I mean by dots in the sky. thankfully, there is smoke behind them for this picture. and again, my eyes are better than the camera in my phone so the show is much better to watch than to film. for those who worry about me on the roof, it's flat. we're good and safe. almost bought a plastic chair at Home Depot yesterday to drag up there, but don't want to worry about it flying away when we have the crazy winds.

HIIT could be any issue for motor long term if excercise/rest windows short. If so, could you keep motor going but just rest against current facing opposite direction with feet against side of pool? You could keep the motor running full then … really have no clue in this one ..

lol, a lot of things make me cry these days. mostly memories. it is getting better though. sk, I think I'm going to skip potentially taxing my motor and will just rest in between sets or something. the newer models are programmable, but you have to figure the wear and tear is similar. case in point, all those cars that stop at the intersection and start back up when you hit the gas. I had one of those for two years and hated it. got rid of it when I saw a Scotty Kilmer video warning about the premature wear and tear it does to the engine. and it'll get you just past warranty. of course. give me all your money ploy.
