Let the great crawl commence🫣. A loss is better than a gain I suppose. Have noticed a significant reduction in my water intake, will work on getting it back up to 1.5l this week. Managed 3-4 fruit and veg daily last week but calories were very high. I seem to have formed a dangerous habit - craving chocolate every evening and often succumbing to the temptation. I have also gone back to alternate day deliveroos instead of the once a week I managed to get down to. I am still doing my 30 minute daily activity so really pleased with that. I know I’ve definitely lost inches as I feel good in clothes. Phrase for the week - #mustdobetter🦾🦾. Jamie, I do feel like I’m letting the side down🙈. I am unable to stop averaging nearly 2000 daily calories, I don’t need them, I just seem to want them. I lost the battle last night with food. I have a holiday coming up and would like to be down more before then. The gym hasn’t gone to plan, the more I workout, the more I eat😤. Hope you’re doing ok? You’ve been a little quiet.

Ad, I’m really cross with myself this morning. But today is a new day and there’s little point carrying yesterday’s baggage into today. I just feel out of sorts…I don’t actually know why. Do you ever get days like that, where you know you should be doing loads of things, but choose to do nothing instead? Even PiggyW seems unable to kick me into diet mode😅

Bryony, don’t be impressed. My 30 minutes can range from stretching to walking to resistance etc. Nothing too crazy but enough to keep me interested. It definitely helps my mental health if I can stay in the zone for 30 minutes. I doubt I burn many calories, but I do it more to form the habit x

Never ever Wifey! I will add it to my bucket list. I’m not very outdoorsy🫣. I was on a hike through Borneo and fell into the stream…everyone managed to walk across to the other side! It was awful, I cried and refused to complete the hike😂. Had to be calmed down to do the rest - hysterical drama queen springs to mind. I had been eaten to death by 🦟 at this point, was overheated and feeling very sorry for myself. I think fishing will be a lot safer😆.

Well done for consistency 💪 daily fruit/veg and exercise are fab! I know temptations are tough, especially when tired. I just have to take them away 🙈 then I’ve no choice 😂

I have those days all the time Suma, it’s so frustrating that I do it, then I get even more fed up because I’ve not done what I should. Then it’s down hill from there until I snapped out of it. So you’re not alone.

Marge, I’m trying to decide what do with myself tonight as all I want is ice cream! So annoying when your brain seems determined to sabotage any and all efforts…grr! I keep fantasizing about a massive slice of chocolate fudge cake with the ice cream😓🙈😤.

Ooh fudge cake and ice-cream. . . 😋 stay strong Suma 💪💚 I had a late afternoon biscuit and chocolate binge at work and wish I hadn't. Ibshould of stuck with emergency snack a jacks I keep in my bag. The trouble is there are just too many delicious things out there. . .

The world is such a dangerous place Marge. Full of delicious food that’s calling our names. I have no chocolate in the house in a bid to keep myself from having easy access. You know things are bad when I’m staring longingly at the maple syrup! Think Miranda and the chocolate cake in Sex and the City. Is your leg better? I was on a virtual study day today which was very draining. You know things are bad when I’m picking fights to keep myself from thinking about food🫣😅

Did you make it through the night without fudge cake, ice-cream or maple syrup Suma? My leg is loads better thanks, I might even try a gentle run in the next few days. . .
