Up a lb. Not unexpected after going over my calories yesterday. Today, even after dessert, I came in just under 1600 calories. I hit my protein goal as well.

Hubby & I got a good workout @ the Gym. I started keeping a log of the weight machines I used & the weight. Sammie has recorded what I have done on PT days but I've kept track in my head on the other days. I do take a pic of the treadmill & bike after I've finished each time.

We stopped by a couple of stores after we finished working out. I needed new shoes for the Gym. I've been wearing a pair I've had awhile & I could tell they needed to be replaced. I had been looking on Amazon, but thought I'd see if I could find anything locally first.I found a pair @ Marshall's. I'm sure they're fine for working out on the weight machines. I'll see how they feel on the treadmill.

I didn't do a lot after we got home. I'm usually ready for a break by then. I made our Protein Smoothies & watched a little TV.

By then it was time to feed the dogs & make dinner.

Off to bed now 😴
