I've been maintaining at the same weight for 3 days. I'd love to get just under 140...just to say I did. If I could get to 138 that would give me a couple of lbs. to play with. I seldom fluctuate more than a couple of lbs. except if I'm on vacation or something similar. Since I don't really want to reduce my calories below 1600, not sure if that will happen. Some days I do eat under 1600 calories. Today was not one of those days 😏 I ate a little more for breakfast (hard boiled egg) & had a protein bar at the Gym after my workout. I had a bowl of Greek Yogurt, Granola Cereal & Blueberries when I got home. Hubby asked if I wanted to share a honeycrisp apple & I said yes. Dinner was a Sirloin steak, garlic red potatoes, grilled onions & green peas. I was already over my calorie goal, but still decided to have a bowl of Boom Chika Pop popcorn (140 calories) for dessert. I didn't go crazy...just ate higher cal. If I'm up tomorrow, no biggie. I'll eat lighter.

I had a good workout at the Gym. Did the usual 35 min. on the Treadmill & 30 on the bike. I didn't time the weight machines & exercises, but I hit all the ones I've done so far...at least 30 min....maybe more. We got in the Hot Tub to relax the muscles after. I know I can feel it!

We came home to a herd of deer in the front gardens. I think I caught them before they did much damage. We had a strong rain overnight so I was thinking I was due to spray the deer repellant today. I mixed up a batch & hit everything late this afternoon. A doe was standing at the edge of the yard when I went out. She looked at me like she was wondering if I'd go away so she could munch.

When I took the dogs out before their dinner there was a big kerfuffle over our heads! A hawk was trying to get another bird (unsuccessful, I think). The hawk landed on a branch of the Dogwoods just a couple of feet away. I would have loved to get a pic but it didn't stay there long.

Tomorrow, I will try to do some Yoga/ Toning. I didn't do anything Tues. I was busy doing laundry in the afternoon. Hubby & I downloaded all of my photos & music library to a hard drive from my old computer.
