Thankfully, I got up early yesterday and rowed before it got crazy humid hot. blob down, muscle up, water is better. my average heart rate in the second ten minute session was 142, all in cardio. first session was twenty minutes. I usually do 40 minutes, but it was a busy day. I did play with the BP monitor afterwards. it takes about twenty minutes to fall back into the good range after a hard sweat session. I was just curious. my heart rate typically takes about 2-6 minutes to fall back to normal depending on what I've been doing and how hard I've been at it. fun stuff to look at.

Happy Monday. 7AM meeting is done and over. need to make sure I don't forget and work past 5 since I started at 6:30.
