⤴️ Salty noodles, early weigh in, ate dessert @ 10 PM....

Had another good workout today 😊 35 minute Treadmill warmup, weight machines & exercises, 30 minutes on the bike. Then about 15 minutes in the hot tub. It's a good thing we're retired, since it's turning into about 3 hours each time we go to the Gym. About an hour total commute, hour 1/2 workout, time to get changed, hot tub etc. another 30 min. That doesn't include time we take to run errands after. That's OK...so far it's fitting in the schedule.

We hit Walmart again today...Milk, bagels & few other things we needed. We often go every few days anyway, so as long as we're out.

Came home & I made a snack/ lunch. Greek Yogurt, Cranberry Crunch cereal & blueberries. It was late afternoon so that was plenty. I ate a protein bar @ the Gym after working out. I watched an episode of The Split....OMG...it's getting heart wrenching. I started the last season today...only 5 more episodes.

I finally cooked the spaghetti squash from my niece's garden for dinner. I used a recipe & made Spaghetti Squash Au gratin. Cheesy 🧀 😁 good. Shrimp with it. I wasn't sure if we'd eat half each, but I ended up dividing it into 4 servings....eating half & half leftover for later. Even after cake for dessert I was under 1600 calories. And I burned extra calories today!

OK...time for bed 🛌 😴 I'm still trying to make it thru our Book Club selection. 📖 Not my favorite choice, but I'll finish it.
