Finished unpacking & started laundry today.

My lower back was giving me grief, so I took some Ibuprofen & rubbed it with Voltaren. I think sitting in the car all day on Monday aggravated it. I remember after the Christmas holidays, when my daughter was visiting & we were in the car out & about a lot, I had a back ache afterwards. It did feel better after medicating myself.

The hot weather has returned full force. There was a slight cool break while I was in Florida.

I kept my calories under 1600, but not by much today. We'll see if today's drop holds.
