Swam again, 847 strokes, 9.5 METs, average heart rate was 133 due to a cruising speed/stroke. that said, I was ravenous all night and did have extra food because it wasn't boredom hunger. I did do an overall clean, changed the filters and all that fun stuff.
puppy class tonight, will likely take a break from the pool. everyone is back at the office today, already crazy.
