Starting the weekend @ goal weight. No scales (kitchen or otherwise) so I'll have to wing it.
I didn't have lunch & only a small That's It bar as a snack today. I met my sister just after 2 PM to drive down to Columbus. She had already had lunch & I had a filling breakfast at 11. My 3 sisters & I went to Longhorn for dinner. I had the 6 oz sirloin, mashed potatoes & crispy brussels sprouts. I only ate half of the brussels. I ended the day under 1600 calories....water with dinner & no dessert tonight. I won't promise I'll be that good the rest of the weekend 😌
We have about a 4 hour drive to Florida & the Beach tomorrow 🚘⛱️🌞 I'm feeling like we made a good choice to take my car. I got confirmation my back seat is pretty comfy when we went to dinner tonight. When I put my one suitcase, beach bag & a small Cooler carry bag in the back of the car, I realized the 4 of us were going to fill up the luggage space pretty easily.
Looking forward to a few days of relaxation & chilling with the girls at our favorite place 😀

Thanks, JB, DP & Buenita! JB, I am the oldest of the Sisters. We have 1 brother...he's in the middle of all of us. There are 10 years between my youngest sister & I.

DP, Hubby does his own thing. He looks after the dogs, watches whatever he likes on TV, goes into town, putters around the house & misses me 😉
